Asmaa Al-Hajaji is Senior Research Associate at WISE, an initiative of Qatar Foundation that is an international and multi-sectoral platform for building the future of education through innovation. Asmaa at the moment is co-coordinating with recognized experts, researchers and thought-leaders the WISE research reports series. She has also worked as a program officer at WISE for two years where she organized series of events which aims at enhancing local community engagement with WISE and managed the Student Staff program.

Before joining to WISE she served as Student Recruitment and Outreach Coordinator at the Education division in Qatar Foundation. Where she designed programs to help Qatar based educators (principals, teachers and school counselors) develop their leadership and teaching skills through exploring innovative approaches in their respective fields of education. While she was there she organized tailored programs and events for prospective students and their families to increase awareness about early preparation for university admission.

Asmaa earned her Bachelor of Art in International Relation from University of Leeds in the United Kingdom.
