Cervantes Lee is a real estate professional, with 20 years of experience in Asia and the U.S.; in the last five years, he has focused on building student living-learning accommodations at universities in Los Angeles, Las Vegas and Phoenix. His dissertation topic focuses on establishing fast-casual restaurant education curriculum for UNLV Hospitality College. In 2018, he served as President of the MIT Club of Southern California in Los Angeles. He received a Master of Science Degree in Real Estate Development from MIT, an MBA in finance and a bachelor’s degree in economics from National Taiwan University. Cervantes is currently a doctoral candidate in the Global Executive EdD Program at the University of Southern California.
