Ibtihal Shurab is a BA holder in Media from Al Aqsa University, she is a passionate young leader in the youth councils since establishment. Ibtihal functions to manage over 13 locality councils in the south of Gaza Strip comprising hundreds of young people. Being a vibrant person and team worker she has developed in her competencies on team management, humanitarian core principles and responding to the people in need, as she contributed within her initiative to create a space for young people in the southeast of Khan Younis for them to improve and to plan their activities in the areas including attention to food  insecurity of the community and capacity development services named after a local paramedic Razan Al Najjar, where the youth councils and the municipality youth will be engaged together to plan and respond to the needs of people placed in that area.
