Aziz is helping his co-founder Ikono, as the COO of the company. Ikono and Aziz had initiated a study abroad and scholarship community since 2013. Aziz was the first executive director of the community, while doing his full-time job at one of the largest Japanese-based multinational companies in Indonesia before deciding to build Schoters in 2018.
