Oscar Becerra, Chief Educational Technology Officer at the Ministry of Education of Peru, is an international consultant and public speaker on Information and Communication Technologies in education. He has finished doctoral studies in Psychology and works as a research professor at the University of San Martin de Porres. Previously Academic Director at San Ignacio de Loyola University and IBM Latin America Education Segment Manager, he holds a Bachelor’s degree in Physics from the National University of Engineering in Peru; Master’s degrees in Educational Computing and Technology from the University of Hartford and USMP; and a Business Administration diploma from ESAN University.
