Shaohui (Steve) Chen is the Director of International Relations and Director of Graduate Admissions for the School of Business at the University of California, Riverside. In his role, he defines the overarching vision and strategy of student recruitment, international program development, and institutional partnerships. Steve holds an MBA in finance and entrepreneurial management and a master’s degree in computer science from the University of California, Riverside, where he was named Outstanding Alumnus of the Year. He earned a bachelor’s degree in computer science at Nanjing University in China and is fluent in both English and Mandarin.
