With the Jacobs Foundation, Ross is modelling a system change architecture to create ‘thriving learning ecosystems’ in which every child is developing holistically – and whole communities are becoming equipped and inclined to care for themselves, each other, and planet together.
Ross is also co-founder of the Weaving Lab, a global community advancing ‘weaving’ as a leadership practice that is essential for enduring system change.
