Beth Yu is the Executive Secretary-General, Jack Ma Foundation. She works on designing and implementing the Jack Ma Rural Education Initiatives including rural teacher’s initiatives, rural headmaster’s initiatives and preservice teacher initiatives and rural boarding school program. Beth received an MBA, is an International Business Engineer, and has profound experience in international business management, nonprofit organization management and operation; she is the former Project Manager, Adventist Development Relief Agency (ADRA); Former Business and Administration Executive, Hi-Key Technology; Former board member and Secretary-General, Bright China Foundation (Beijing); Former Director General, Bright China Foundation (Hong Kong).
