Dr. Reagan Flowers

Founder and CEO of CSTEM Teacher and Student Support Services, Inc.
United States of America

Reagan Flowers, PhD, is recognized as a pioneer and leader in helping educational practitioners implement and apply STEM pedagogy in their school curricula. Her background as a teacher, guidance counselor, school improvement facilitator, and dean of students, coupled with her impoverished upbringing and personal academic struggles in elementary school, inspired the creation of CSTEM as a non-profit organization in 2002. CSTEM was developed as an action research project for her doctoral dissertation and has afforded her an incredible opportunity to be a pivotal inspiration to underprivileged children in the same way her personal growth and development benefited from inspiration from her teachers.
