As CEO of the Naandi Foundation, Manoj Kumar feeds over a million hungry children every day, runs 1,726 schools guaranteeing quality education to 100,000 children, provides safe drinking water to 3 million people and works with 12,000 indigenous farmers to export over a million kilos of coffee every year. A Robert McNamara Fellow of the World Bank, Manoj shifted careers from banking to the social sector, with a pit stop in micro-finance, before taking over the leadership of Naandi. He is also a Fellow of the Aspen Global Leadership Network and a core member of the Citizens’ Alliance against Malnutrition.
